I join tomorrow.
I join you all tomorrow. I am excited to join your group. I have been hearing raving reviews from you all. I have never done anything like this before - actually train for an event - and train on pavement (I am a dirt girl by instinct)...and with a group no less. WOW! I wonder if I will actually like going out for runs by October. POST, POST, POST everyone. It will make it more fun!

I had so much fun today!!! I'm so glad Liesbet has joined our group. Today is a milestone for me as many of you know I've never run 6 1/2 miles before!!! I can't imagine what a great feeling it's going to be when we are running 13 miles. Luis really helped me increase my speed the last 10 minutes. It felt awesome! I know I would not be running if it weren't for our group. I'm looking forward to our July 20th race!!!
